Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis

Conduct detailed diagnostic evaluations such as:

Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA)
-
Impedance Audiometry
-
Speech Audiometry
-
Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE)
-
BERA/ASSR (Brainstem Evoked Response Audiometry / Auditory Steady State Response)
-
Vestibular Assessments
-

Accurately identify and document the type and degree of hearing loss and balance disorders.
-
Maintain precise and confidential patient records for both clinical and medico-legal purposes.
2. Rehabilitation & Treatment
-
Recommend personalized intervention plans — including hearing aids, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, and therapy programs.

Conduct hearing aid trials, fittings, real ear measurements (REM), and follow-up fine-tuning sessions.

Provide auditory-verbal therapy, tinnitus counseling, and ongoing patient support.
3. Patient Counseling & Education
-
Counsel patients and families on test results, device handling, maintenance, and effective communication techniques.

Offer emotional support throughout the rehabilitation process.
-
Organize and participate in community outreach programs, hearing awareness camps, and corporate wellness sessions.
4. Clinic Operations & Compliance
-
Ensure all audiological equipment is regularly calibrated and safely operated.

Adhere to clinic protocols and healthcare regulatory standards.

Collaborate closely with ENT specialists, speech therapists, pediatric professionals, and the support team for integrated patient care.

Contribute to tele-audiology and digital consultation initiatives to expand access to hearing care.
Who Can Apply

Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology / Speech and Hearing (BASLP, MASLP, or equivalent).
