💼 Position Overview
Sattvanubhava – Child Therapy & Development Centre is seeking a dedicated Speech & Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary paediatric team. The role focuses on assessment, therapy planning, and intervention for children with speech, language, and communication difficulties, while actively involving parents and collaborating with other professionals.
💰 Salary
₹9,000 – ₹13,000 per month
(Based on qualification and experience)
🎯 Role Purpose
The Speech & Language Therapist will assess and support children with:

Speech delay

Articulation and phonological errors

Stammering / fluency disorders

Language comprehension and expression difficulties

Autism and ADHD-related communication needs

Developmental and social communication delays
🧠 Key Responsibilities
1. Assessment

Conduct baseline speech-language evaluations
-
Assess receptive & expressive language skills
-
Evaluate articulation, intelligibility, phonology, and oral-motor skills
-
Prepare structured written assessment reports
Assessment Tools May Include:

Developmental speech benchmarks

Receptive–expressive checklists

Language sample observations
2. Therapy

Conduct individual therapy sessions (30–45 minutes)

Work on:

Speech clarity & articulation

Vocabulary and sentence formation

🎓 Qualifications
Candidates must hold any one of the following:
