About the Role

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical audiology services — from diagnostic assessments to hearing aid fitting and verification — ensuring every client experiences personalized and professional care.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audiology diagnostics for adults and children.

Perform hearing aid fitting, verification, and follow-up services.

Operate and calibrate audiometric and impedance testing equipment effectively.

Interpret test results and provide counseling and rehabilitation to clients with hearing loss.

Stay updated on current and emerging hearing aid technologies and assistive devices.

Maintain accurate clinical records, reports, and documentation.

Build and nurture relationships with doctors, patients, and internal teams.

Collaborate across departments and demonstrate accountability for each client’s outcome.

Adapt to evolving clinical practices and organizational objectives with a continuous learning mindset.
Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized institution.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High integrity, empathy, and professionalism.

Excellent knowledge of hearing and speech disorders pathology.

Expertise in audiological testing, hearing aid fitting, and client counseling.
