We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our team in Bangalore. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for individuals passionate about hearing healthcare and patient well-being.
About the Role
As an Audiologist at SFL Hearing Solutions, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing hearing-related concerns for individuals of all ages. You will be responsible for providing personalized hearing care, ensuring that each patient receives the most effective solution tailored to their needs. Your role contributes directly to enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and audiological evaluations

Perform hearing aid fitting, tuning, fine-tuning, and troubleshooting

Counsel patients and families regarding hearing health, device usage, and rehabilitation options

Manage, maintain, and calibrate diagnostic and testing equipment

Ensure adherence to clinical best practices and ethical patient care standards

Provide tailored recommendations and personalized hearing solutions

Maintain accurate patient records and assist in clinic operations when required
Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Audiology or a related discipline

Relevant licensure or certification in Audiology (highly preferred)

Strong expertise in hearing tests, evaluations, and interpretation of results

Proficiency in hearing aid fitting and programming across multiple brands

Excellent communication and patient counseling skills

Ability to manage diagnostic equipment and follow clinical protocols
