Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and passionate Audiologist to join our growing clinical team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will diagnose and manage hearing and balance disorders across all age groups, while providing expert guidance and personalized rehabilitation solutions.
This role goes beyond testing and fitting devices—it’s about transforming lives through sound and connection.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations including Pure-Tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry, Tympanometry, OAE, and BERA.

Diagnose and manage hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory processing, and vestibular disorders.

Fit, program, and fine-tune hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices.

Perform vestibular assessments and rehabilitation for patients with dizziness and balance concerns.

Counsel and educate patients and their families on hearing conservation, communication strategies, and device care.

Collaborate with ENTs, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive case management.

Maintain detailed patient records and keep up-to-date with latest clinical practices and technologies in audiology.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology or Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology.
Certification:
-
Valid RCI License or eligibility for RCI registration in Audiology.
Technical Expertise:

Proficiency with audiological instruments, hearing aid programming software, and vestibular diagnostic tools.
