About the Role

As a Clinical Audiologist, you will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating individuals with hearing and balance disorders using advanced audiological techniques and modern hearing technology.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, tympanometry, and other diagnostic tests.

Interpret test results and accurately diagnose hearing and balance disorders.

Develop and implement personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on patient needs.

Recommend, prescribe, and fit hearing aids, cochlear implants, and assistive listening devices.

Counsel patients and their families on hearing loss management, communication strategies, and hearing conservation.

Conduct auditory rehabilitation and speech perception training sessions.

Collaborate closely with ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.

Maintain precise patient documentation and treatment records.

Stay updated with the latest audiology advancements, technologies, and clinical practices.
Qualifications & Requirements

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology (MASLP / Au.D) from a recognized institution.

RCI registration or valid Audiology license.

Prior clinical experience in audiology, preferably in a diagnostic or rehabilitative care setup.

Strong communication and counseling skills with a patient-centric approach.

Proficiency with audiological equipment and digital hearing aid programming.
