I had to get hearing aids, my hearing has stayed the same since this happened. It could not be treated or reversed. But in my situation, there was no definitive cause so really nothing to attempt to treat.
I have Sudden SNHL.

My hearing has never come back or improved at all. No medical professional can even begin to tell me why this has happened, lots of testing, everything you can imagine, no cause.
This happened to my mother also. Sudden SNHL. Treatment was hearing aids, then
