EAR SOLUTIONS, a growing and patient-focused hearing healthcare organization, is expanding its clinical team across multiple cities in India. We are currently inviting applications from qualified Audiologists and Assistant Audiologists who are passionate about ethical practice, patient care, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic hearing assessments
Diagnose hearing disorders and recommend appropriate hearing aids or treatment plans
Perform hearing aid selection, fitting, programming, and fine-tuning
Provide aural rehabilitation, patient education, and counseling
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Work collaboratively with the clinical and support teams while managing independent cases

Required Qualifications

BASLP / MASLP / DHLS (RCI-recognized preferred)
Strong knowledge of audiology practices and hearing healthcare protocols
Hands-on experience in hearing assessments and hearing aid management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Experience

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in audiology or hearing care
