About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Audiologist to join our team at Ear Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing hearing disorders while providing personalized hearing care solutions to our patients.
You will play a key role in improving patients’ quality of life by delivering professional hearing assessments, fitting advanced hearing aids, and providing aural rehabilitation and counseling services.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations and diagnostic tests.

Identify and diagnose various hearing and balance disorders.

Recommend, fit, and fine-tune hearing aids and assistive listening devices.

Provide aural rehabilitation and ongoing counseling for patients and families.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethical guidelines, and clinic protocols.
Qualifications & Skills

Degree in BASLP, MASLP, or DHLS (RCI registration preferred).

Strong knowledge of audiological principles and testing procedures.

Proficiency in hearing aid fitting and patient counseling.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
