About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Audiologist & Speech Therapist to join our institution and contribute to improving the communication and auditory well-being of our students. The ideal candidate will provide assessment, therapy, and intervention services, while also supporting awareness and training initiatives within the school community.
Key Responsibilities
🎧 Audiology & Hearing Care

Conduct comprehensive speech and hearing assessments and evaluations.

Perform hearing tests and interventions.

Carry out BERA/ABR testing for diagnostic hearing assessments.

Recommend and dispense hearing aids as appropriate.
🗣️ Speech & Language Therapy

Conduct individualized and group speech therapy sessions.

Provide support for communication, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties.

Facilitate AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) support when required.
👨👩👧 Family & Community Engagement

Train and guide parents for home-based therapy programs.

Organize and conduct training programs, screening camps, and awareness drives.
🗂️ Administration & Documentation

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assessments and therapy sessions.
Qualifications & Experience

Education: BASLP / DSLP (RCI registration required)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in Audiology and Speech Therapy (Preferred)

Work Location: On-site (Chennai, Tamil Nadu)
