About the Role

The Speech Therapist will work with individuals across all age groups to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. This role involves providing one-on-one therapy sessions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and offering guidance to families and caregivers for holistic care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and Diagnose: Assess speech, language, and communication difficulties, and develop individualized therapy plans.

  • Treatment and Intervention: Deliver evidence-based therapy for disorders related to speech, language, communication, and swallowing.

  • Specialized Therapy for Autism: Conduct speech therapy sessions for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.

  • Multi-Sensory Environment: Work effectively in an interdisciplinary, multi-sensory setup, ensuring comprehensive care.

  • Therapy for Multiple Disorders: Provide treatment for children with Cerebral Palsy (CP), Intellectual Disability (ID), Learning Disabilities, and Speech Delay.

  • Plan of Care: Design, implement, and revise individualized care plans and therapy goals.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate session records, progress notes, and reports for both individual and group sessions.

  • Family and Caregiver Support: Educate and guide parents, families, and caregivers to support the child’s communication development at home.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare and educational professionals to create integrated treatment programs.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP) from a recognized institution.

  • Valid RCI registration (Rehabilitation Council of India) required.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience providing speech therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related conditions.

  • Strong communication, empathy, and record-keeping skills.
