Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our ENT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing hearing and balance disorders in patients of all age groups—from infants to the elderly. This role demands strong clinical expertise, compassion, and a commitment to improving patients’ quality of life through advanced hearing care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hearing Assessments:
    Conduct detailed auditory evaluations using advanced diagnostic tools to identify hearing loss and balance issues.

  • Hearing Aid Fitting & Management:
    Recommend, fit, and fine-tune digital hearing aids and assistive listening devices according to each patient’s unique needs.

  • Aural Rehabilitation:
    Provide personalized rehabilitation programs, counseling, and training in communication strategies, including lip-reading and the use of hearing technology.

  • Balance & Vestibular Care:
    Evaluate and treat patients experiencing dizziness or balance disorders using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  • Preventive Hearing Care:
    Educate and counsel patients on hearing conservation methods, particularly those exposed to occupational or environmental noise.

  • Community & Educational Outreach:
    Participate in community awareness programs and educational initiatives on hearing health and early intervention.

  • Research & Development:
    Contribute to clinical studies and research efforts aimed at enhancing audiology practices and improving patient outcomes.


Educational Qualifications

  • Degree: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s in Audiology (M.Sc. Audiology).

  • Licensure: Valid state license to practice as an audiologist (as per regional requirements).

  • Certification (Optional): Additional certification from recognized bodies such as the American Board of Audiology (ABA) will be an advantage.
