We are looking for passionate and empathetic Audiologists to join our growing team in Ahmedabad and contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals with hearing challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and examinations (both in-office and field-based).
Interpret Audiogram reports to identify customer needs and recommend suitable hearing solutions.
Fit, program, and dispense WeHear devices tailored to each customer’s hearing profile.
Provide post-fitting consultations and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with ENT specialists and healthcare professionals through product demos and technical support.
Maintain accurate patient records, reports, and service documentation.

Requirements & Skills

BASLP (Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology) — Freshers or Interns are welcome to apply.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Knowledge of hearing assessment tools, audiometric testing, and rehabilitation procedures.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25%).

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Pay: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
