Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our healthcare team at Apollo Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting hearing screenings, diagnostic tests, and providing hearing aid solutions for patients with hearing impairments.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hearing screening and diagnostic tests for patients with suspected hearing loss.

Perform Pure Tone Audiometry (PTA) and prepare detailed reports.

Explain audiometry results to patients and recommend suitable hearing aid solutions.

Conduct hearing aid trials, fittings, and customizations (ear mould impressions).

Perform Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) testing and reporting.

Engage in tele-audiometry sessions (virtual hearing assessments) when required.

Participate in free hearing workshops, awareness programs, and community outreach.

Coordinate and collaborate with doctors, ENT specialists, and support staff.

Ensure timely and safe decision-making in patient management according to departmental protocols.
Qualifications & Certifications:

Education: BASLP and/or MASLP (recognized by RCI)

Experience:
-
Minimum 1 year or 300+ hours of experience in audiometry, calibration, and reporting.

Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.

Skills & Abilities:

Strong understanding of hearing devices and assistive technology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales ability and empathy when dealing with patients.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Language proficiency: English and Hindi required (additional regional languages preferred).
