Are you a passionate and experienced Paediatric Audiologist ready to take the next step in your clinical career?
CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Paediatric Audiologist to join its Tier 2 Paediatric Audiology Service in Ealing — part of an integrated and forward-thinking community health network.

This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary, family-centred environment, serving a diverse local population and contributing directly to the growth and development of paediatric hearing care services.


👶 What You’ll Do

As a Senior Paediatric Audiologist, you’ll:

  • Perform specialist diagnostic audiological assessments for children aged 8 months to 18 years, including those with additional needs.

  • Develop individual management plans and collaborate closely with medical, educational, and social care professionals.

  • Provide expert advice and high-quality reports for families and professionals.

  • Support the Clinical Team Lead in service planning, development, and delivery.

  • Contribute to IQIPS accreditation, ensuring clinical excellence and service quality.

  • Supervise and mentor junior audiology staff, students, and support personnel.

  • Participate in audit, governance, and research to strengthen evidence-based practice.

🎓 Who Can Apply

Essential qualifications:

  • MSc / BSc in Audiology or equivalent (BAAT Parts I & II)

  • Registered Audiologist (Academy of Healthcare Science) or Clinical Scientist (HCPC)

  • Proven experience within NHS paediatric audiology, including diagnostic assessments

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Desirable:

  • CAC or CCC certification

  • Advanced training in hearing aid fitting

  • BSL or Deaf Awareness qualification

  • Experience supervising junior staff
