Are you a passionate and experienced Paediatric Audiologist ready to take the next step in your clinical career?
CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Specialist Paediatric Audiologist to join its Tier 2 Paediatric Audiology Service in Ealing — part of an integrated and forward-thinking community health network.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary, family-centred environment, serving a diverse local population and contributing directly to the growth and development of paediatric hearing care services.
👶 What You’ll Do
As a Senior Paediatric Audiologist, you’ll:

Perform specialist diagnostic audiological assessments for children aged 8 months to 18 years, including those with additional needs.

Develop individual management plans and collaborate closely with medical, educational, and social care professionals.

Provide expert advice and high-quality reports for families and professionals.

Support the Clinical Team Lead in service planning, development, and delivery.

Contribute to IQIPS accreditation, ensuring clinical excellence and service quality.

Supervise and mentor junior audiology staff, students, and support personnel.

Participate in audit, governance, and research to strengthen evidence-based practice.

🎓 Who Can Apply
Essential qualifications:

MSc / BSc in Audiology or equivalent (BAAT Parts I & II)

Registered Audiologist (Academy of Healthcare Science) or Clinical Scientist (HCPC)

Proven experience within NHS paediatric audiology, including diagnostic assessments

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
-
CAC or CCC certification
-
Advanced training in hearing aid fitting

BSL or Deaf Awareness qualification
-
Experience supervising junior staff
