Role Overview
The hospital is hiring a full-time Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologist (ASLP) who can deliver high-quality speech and hearing care, especially for children with cleft palate conditions.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech assessments and maintain accurate records.

Perform audiometry and other hearing evaluations.

Utilize nasometer equipment for resonance and speech analysis.

Provide speech therapy tailored to individual patient needs.

Fit, calibrate, and counsel patients on hearing aids.

Maintain detailed documentation and upload reports to the online record system.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team to support cleft palate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP/MSLP).

Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.

Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Bengali is highly desirable.

License/Certification: Valid BSLP/MSLP degree certificate required.

Work Mode: In-person, full-time position at Mahmoorganj, Varanasi.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
